Second Computername

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a way i can setup a second Computername for VNC and RDP use on my network, i have heard there is a way of doing it in the registry, but havent found any info as of yet.

So you can VNC / RDP into your computer 'name1' or 'name2'.

Yeh, so i dont have to use my longwinded comp name and can have a shortcode one, like 'bob'.

I take it you just want two names so that it automatically makes to entries into your DNS server? Do you have access to a DNS server or is it your ISPs?
