Second GPU Dead?

Hey,
well been playing round with my gpus and came across something strange. was looking at voltages & clock speeds for the gpu's and some reason my second 7950 does not seem run right on most applications.

while running valley benchmark & thief Benchmark the gpu seems to stay at 300mhz core & the voltages dont seem to move. However when i fire up MSI Kombuster then everything seems to work fine with the gpu.

used HWiNFO64 & GPU-Z to monitor info both seem to give same results.

anyone got any ideas?

Run the benchmarks. Check the scores against what others have got with a similar system. That way its easy to see if they are working correctly.

Have you turned off ULPS

just ran 3dmark11 scores seem to be in-line with others and HWiNFO64 picked up change in core speed and volt increase so that seems fine.
No idea then why some applications dont show change & yer ULPS is disabled.
