Second hand games on the ps4? could anyone help ? :) random question!

I'm about to buy fifa 14 off somebody on here. He has played it a few times and pressumably installed it. A few friends of mine are saying that because of this, it'll be tied to the original sellers console and I won't be able to play it myself? or at least not play online.

Does anybody know for sure? I'm just trying to save hassle for both of us really if theres a problem!

Your friends are wrong.
Unless he is trying to sell you a download code :-)

It is exactly the same as how you would sell with the PS3\Xbox 360.
No online codes exist for EA games any more
