Second hand ps4 consoles worth it?

My local couple of CeX shops are pretty decent. Ditched my 360 and all games and traded for a PS4. Think I paid around £75 for it after the trade. I don't like hoarding so it suited me fine. Out with the old, I say.
 
All the black friday deals seem to start today at 8pm, saw loads of places do ps4 and uncharter with fifa 17 for 199, was tempted to get it at amazon. Just gotta think tho cos its a lot of money for me to spend, i hoped bf might have had one new with fifa 17 for 150 ish lol but thats probably wishful thinking.

Screw it, i bought it. New ps4 slim i think with uncharterd 4 (any good?) and fifa 17 standard (hope not download version) for £199 delievered seems ok i guess. I just hope thats the real black friday prices and wont be lower come tomorrow.

If anyone sees a great deal for a extra pad can they let me know please? Seen some for £37 but black fri they might be down to £30 which should be doable to buy.
 
The £150 with FIFA 17 deals were to clear stocks of the older models and make way for the slims, so I doubt you'd have got one at that price in the Black Friday sales.

If you do see a better deal then cancel your order or just refuse delivery when it arrives.


I'm playing through UC4 at the minute and for the most part I'm enjoying it.

It's also a bit slow at the start.

If you played them before then it's more of the same. The new stealth elements are very similar to Rise Of the Tomb Raider.

I think it's less frustrating than previous installments because combat can be avoided and you don't have to deal with bullet sponge enemies all of the time.

But once you've been detected then it's standard Uncharted combat with multiple head shots required to take out enemies and magic spawning extra enemies that weren't in the area before you got detected. Not a deal breaker, but not something you should be dealing with after players complained about it in the previous 4 games (even though Naughty Dog didn't developed the PS Vita only game)

I have to say it looks stunning, particularly when you consider the hardware its running on compared to PC games.
