Second Iteration of Special Edition Drivers Incoming from AMD in November – Will Include Significant

Never had a single issue with Nvidia drivers, all have been flawless. People with issues must have done something wrong.
Nvidia just don't make mistakes.

I'm all in for nice performance boosts across the board for AMD cards but the main thing these drivers could do with to make them special is... Voltage control for the fury line up.

Can't tell if serious or troll........

I'd love to see what Fiji XT can do with some extra volts :)

Obviously you don't remember the GTX 590 lol.

But wait you could have a good point. The drivers were fine on a PC, things just went wrong when you added a GTX 590 to the system and the whole lot went up in smoke lol.

The GTX 590 is a design classic - It is the only graphics card where you did not get a free game with it, you got a free fire extinguisher instead !!!!

But then NVidia did not sit on their laurels they brought out a sequel to the above mess, they delivered the 320.xx family of drivers that did not just blow up one SKU, it was good to trash several different kinds of older SKUs.

You have got to hand it to NVidia, once they include a special feature in their drivers they do like to make it even more effective with subsequent releases.:D

Kaap....LMAO

Hope these offer some more performance for my R9 290, or atleast offer some better CF performance to push me over the line to going for it!!!

Wonder if us nix users get it too. Hoping for freesync support as well. Matt is supposed to be finding out if/when.
I am also thinking this may coincide with the release of the Vulkan api spec.(rumoured any day now) Little concerned that that's not mentioned in that slide though it is a old slide.
