second pc upgrade

Hi as my pc mobo has died and have had my head turned to building a new one in a week or to by you lot lol i need to look at a cheap way to upgrade what will be come my second pc.I wont need hhd or drives so i am looking for MOBO GPU CPU MEMORY and PSU.It is for gamming but not that high level WOW mostly as its for the wife so we can do raids and lvl chars together.Also i would if poss for now like to keep the case its a SCALEO T fujitsu case i know its rubbish but costs need to be at a minnimum.Thanks guys.

I was looking at that CPU and MEMORY but was thinking of Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2H for just short of £45 also going for an ATI 4350 series GPU.What about the case would i beable to fit it into my old case for now do you thing.
 
Hmm is really upto you eather you go for that gigabyte board, but would that not be costing more getting that and a seperate gfx card.?

For WOW the onboard 4200 should be fine.

Illhave a look at that case when i get home mateand getback to you.
