Were to sell these three parts 1 year down the line ?
Gigabyte 2zz-d3h mobo
i5 3570k cpu
Gigabyte 7950 windforce gpu

I'd guess £100 all in for the first question, roughly 50/50 on cpu+board and gpu. Can't guess for the second set, except to say they'll depreciate a lot less if you buy them second hand.

Just look on ebay under completed listings for and idea on prices.

And for you new stuff, how long is a piece of string?

There are so many variables, the main one affecting future resale prices would depend on the performance of new tech and any unforseen issues like the HDD factory Floods ect.
