For Steam, have you ever bought a boxed copy of a game so you can take a photo of your serial number and write you account name next to it.

Try rootkit revealer from safe mode, also MBAM from safe mode. You've been compromised somewhere.

I had the same issue, let my cousin play on my computer for a while, running NOD32... all my accounts got hacked. Fortunately I bought Left4Dead retail copy and took a photo of the key and attached it to my ticket at steam support. 1/2 days later I had my account back.

Terrible thing is, I loved NOD32 - it was lightweight and worked pretty well. However upon uninstalling it and installing Avira free edition (www.free-av.com) it instantly detected the trojan infecting the PC. I've completely lost faith in NOD32.
