I have a laptop which I use to store a lot of personal data etc. I currently use personal secure disc (PSD) powered by egis, which allows the create of a partition on my hard drive which is password encrypted and hidden when enabled.

Anyway still worried, and would like to know if a better encryption/password software compatible with Windows Vista which enables 100% guarantee of non entry into my laptop should I lose it etc on my travels. I have a BIOS password, but a quick reset/removing the battery gets passed this so is really redundant IMO.

Work use Novell, is this any better or is this purely for a network management solution?

Much appreciated :)

I cant quiet remember what the program is called, but on vista ultimate theres that program that encrypts all your HD, and to access it you use a specialy formated to your comp usb flash drive, would that be an idea?
