Secure Wipe/Overwrite Program

I have a number of Iomega Zip Drives (100 MB) that I would like to make secure before passing them on to someone else.

Does anyone know of a small freeware program which is easy to use and idiot proof?

I have window washer on my system but it only seems interested in the HDD.

Could I just overwrite each disk with a 100mb photo of the Prime Minister – that should frighten off any intrusion?

I like Eraser (http://www.heidi.ie/node/6). Does everything you need it to but is fairly small and simple to use. It works with floppies and external drives so I don't see why it wouldn't work with zip drives.

Yes you could just overwrite with 100MB of data, or if you use some erasing software just do a single zero fill.
