Security Settings Issue

I'm having problems with updating table data in phpMyAdmin on one of my ISPs servers. Doesn't matter which browser I try when I hit the go button to update it just sits there till it times out.

I think it must be a Javascript security problem for that server as other hosts I use with phpMyAdmin are fine. Where in windows could I change the settings so the server is more trusted to run Javascript?
