Security validation on my order

Not sure if this is the right place for this.

I know this message has been seen before (I searched the forum) and many other people have this issue but, is this something to do with that new HSBC validation thing that appeared after i'd ordered?

I phoned up the bank and the money has been removed from the acount.

its too late to call up overclockers is there anything i can do now?

First big order gets more validated than normal I believe, so that may be it. And this will be locked if a mods awake.

Then I would guess it's the HSBC validation thingy if you've only started using it. Had my Barclays and Halifax ones ages and never happened. And no shop talk allowed, a mod will say to send a webnote or go to the private shop forum.
