Seeing External Drives?

I use a lot of HDD in a external caddy (A Sharkroon Quickport)

I put in my new HDD (Seagate Barracuda XT 2TB and a Hitachi 2TB) and it finds new drivers and installs and all says working ok.

I cant see the drive in My computer!
Put in my old Seagate Barracuda 2 TB and I can see that!

Any Ideas? PC been on and off so many times.

I cant see it?
I cant find in disk manager as I have a laptop and cant workout how it works through a USB cable?
