Seeking advice (RAM upgrade with current CPU OC)

Hi, I brought a pre-built OC'd system from here just over a year ago and now sat here wondering why I didn't just get 8GB at the time. So, I was wondering if you guys could offer me some help on what RAM to go for / is compatible (I'm massively out of the loop on this kind of stuff now) and what I may have to do to help keep the OC near where it is now? I'll be getting rid of the current 2x2GB and going for 2x4GB.

MB: P55-USB3 rev 2.0
CPU: i5 760 @ 4Ghz (multiplier x21, bus speed 191Mhz)
RAM: Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 with DRAM freq @764Mhz

Now, I believe I need to be looking at DDR3 Dual-Channel - PC3-12800? If so, how much "playing" will that require with my current CPU overclock?

Technically nothing as PC12800 is DDR1600.

Thanks, thought that was probably going to be the case but wanted to make sure. As I have a £5 off code (orders over £50) I was thinking of just going for http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-311-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517 seeing as that would bring it to the same price / £1 cheaper than the other corsair RAM (XMS3, low profile vengence etc...) - any reason not to or can anyone recommend something else?
