anyone know how to fill out the Warranty Status? I want to RMA this HDD, but its not accepting my part ans serial no.

What was there RMA process like? Ive some data on the HDD, but I cant access it-tried it with X2 motherboards and nothing. Cant remember everything that is on it, but could I erase everything before hand?

Yup you have, I have just used your serial and its worked to the next stage saying "return" with a tickbox, ya pillock

Still have the same problem without the space.
