Selecting a delivery service and date

When selecting a delivery service and date, Next business day delivery, Friday is obviously missing since it is a bank holiday. But it does let you select Saturday at the standard next day delivery rates. Is this an error, or will City Link really be delivering on Saturday?

Saturday is just another day at the weekend.

Its the Friday and Monday that they will not deliver, although you will be paying more for a Saturday delivery.

No my point is that you can select Saturday as a delivery option even though the delivery service is next day Monday-Friday. ie, you don't have to select Saturday delivery to be able to pick Saturday 22nd March. Is this a mistake, or are they really delivering normal shipments on Saturday?

I'm trying to call them as I already have an order placed but the phone number just rings and rings and rings. Is this normal? When will someone answer?

I ordered something yesterday for next day delivery and city link say it won't be delivered till 25th. :mad:

Absolue joke £8.25 wasted.

I rang citylink yesterday and they said they were shut today,must be just my area.

I did say to the driver that it was very odd he was here today. He said his boss didn't class today as a holiday hence he was still at work. The drivers who work Monday-Friday were all off today though (the driver this morning works Tuesday-Saturday he said).
