Self Bootable Imaging?

Forgot to say whilst I used a DVD as it creates an ISO you can just create a bootable USB as well, installs a lot quicker this way I was all set to give them a USB with it on but the boss said he wanted it on a DVD

Does it have to be on a CD or will they be on the network?
If so i'd highly recommend FOG.

Sadly networked isn't an option, or I'd have a solution by now.
