i would say stick with p35 as it does almost everything x38 does except give 2 16x pcie slots in crossfire. its also a lot cheaper too

Yeah thats the one i was looking at, i want to keep this comp for at least 3 yrs so this would be ok with ddr3 support, and from what ive been reading this is meant to be a good overclocker isnt it?
look at post #2, it almost fitted everything you origanally wanted and was just a tiny bit over you budget. post your final spec before you buy though
