Ok bit of a strange one i guess this may be, one of my biggest problems is ive never been able to keep my confidence and can be shot in a blink of an eye, anyways you can think of to keep self confidence would be appreciated

How about just getting out and about with your friends. Can't think of a better way to build your confidence than to have a laugh around people you feel comfortable with.
i do that every weekend though, im mostly out with my mates for a drink and a good laugh, got a great girlfriend, but still i cant even figure out myself why, thing is everyone notices that ive got little self confidence
i dont drink that much these days ive started to loose interest in drinking, part from that ive turned into a leightweight and i usually choose to drive
for me to get self confidence i have to suceed at my goal, college / gym / work etc. Doesent have to be a amazing difficult target just a slow general improvement. (ie an extra 10mins college work a day, or 10% more distance per week/fortnight at the gym)
Meditation is great for self confidence. If you do the right one of course
Learn to appreciate your better points and focus on the positive things in your life. Plus meditation helps you concentrate on the things you would like to change
i know for definate i need to relax more, i allways seem to feel like on edge but just trying to find out a way to do that would even be a great improvement
Do a quick search for a Podcast called Meditation station. It's a free one and they have around 30 now. The eariler ones are all to do with relaxation and getting your technique right. I am sure that there is one to help with self confidence on there.
