Self contained Wiki/KB on a local server?

bitnami.org has lots of the precompiled stacks ready to go
excellent resource if installing/configuring them separately is daunting (it was to me)

I did take a look at the dokuwiki stack...but got the first page up but then I couldnt figure anything else out, all seemed a odd to me.

EDIT:

Just having another play around with it now...See how it goes...It's just the documents side of things that im iffy about, as id like to have them viewable on the wiki as such

Well yes

I'm currently playing around with Dokuwiki, but even this keeps wanting to create pages over other pages.
