Sell car reg

Hi all

I've been asked by a family member to sell the car reg K8CEF. Has anyone got any advice or experience on how much it's worth or where to sell? Any mods with a missus called Kate? :cry:

I'm going to guess £250, but unless CEF is significant to someone, you might struggle to sell it at that price given how many "K8" numberplates are available.

I guess K8C?? is going to be slightly more desirable than some because there's a fair chance someone wanting this plate will have initials starting with C.

Bear in mind if DVLA is hawking similar plates at £250 you probably won't get that much from a private sale either.

Ideally I'm looking for a Kate married to a Welsh Cefyn (real name) but that's a narrow group of buyers...

Well look....you've got the massive electrical wholesaler, CEF. Maybe someone senior (a Catherine or Kate) works for them and wants it?

yeah CEF in Bangor might give you £100 to have it on one of their vans, never know!
