selling a HDD help please

what free program do you use to completely wipe a hard drive write over and over so that your data is completely gone rather than just hidden from windows

dont really want to sell a pc with a hard drive in that used to have my bank account details on it and may still have them

I used the shredder within TuneUp 2008. Takes a while though depending on number of repetitions.
