Selling an SSD, safe?

Hey. I am a novice with this sort of thing and wanted to ask you guys (The pros)

I am selling my SSD hard drive..My question is, how do I go about formatting it etc so it's safe?

Just format it? Maybe do a double write with zeros?

long format followed by a secure erase should be enough

OCZ drives come with an application which does a secure erase which is more than good enough
I would assume other manufacturers can provide similar

secure erase will wipe it and put it back to how it came out the factory,performance wise,it leaves 0's instead of 1's like a normal format would leave
