Selling house, what's more appealing to buyers?

I've been looking at a couple of houses and I prefer bare houses. I hate clutter. It makes it harder to see what I want!

Try and keep any sort of room neutral and everything 'light.' Curtains open, clean floors and make sure anything that can be polished and could look a bit newer does!

I personally prefer to view houses empty or with basic furnishings. If you see personal stuff it can put you off a house for different reasons.

A light decluttering is in order. But thats about it.

Your not just selling a home your also selling a lifestyle. People want to imagine living there. Having people round Enjoying the house. Not just with their belongings but if they feel that having furniture thats better than theirs they will feel a little bit special (more well off)

There is a reason why developers use show houses
