Sending case side to have window fitted - any good?

I've seen that a couple of companies (can't name names) offer a case window fitting service, including custom size windows.

Has anyone used a service like this? How did it go? Did they do a neat job?

Just mask it in masking tape draw your window, use a Dremel cutting blade at a 45 degree angle and make a incision then use a metal blade and cut round the rest of your window.
