sending ram back help

got an email with my RMA number I am not familiar with there sending back of goods from overclocks , but the fault is with one of the ram sticks from 1 x Team Group Dark Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit, do I have to send them back as a kit or just the faulty one doesn't really say in my email .

Always a good idea to leave a note visible in the box, even if not required.

Did you test the stick/s with Memtest, because that's what OcUK tests the RAM with (or used to). So, important to test with it yourself (ask them what program and version they are using now) and then describe the results in the note.

Also, make sure you clearly mark the outside of the package with the rma number.

The details of the return procedure should be clearly stated on the email you received with the rma number.
