Yes it was, he was an absolutely ruthless b******, but he could certainly drive.

That thing was superb. I thought it was a very good piece, a bit about Senna the driver, Senna the man away from the track, the genius racing side and the ruthless side (Suzuka 1990, his F3 crash with Brundle at Donington, etc). I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Totally agree - it was good and fitting for the anniversary but it was very rose-tinted imo
