So you agree, it sounded a bit far fetched/someone being awkwardStandard practise but a bit lost in translation I think - for potential fraud and money laundering reasons - as long as there isn't discrepancy as to the details, i.e. someone attempting to return a stolen product, it can go onto another card or bank account.

So did you end up doing a chargeback on your card?I bought something from them once, was faulty they refused refund or to replace it.
