With the exception of data separation and the ease of an OS reinstall, are there any benefits from having a separate M.2 for the OS?

I'm in the process of building a new PC and have added the WD Blue 1TB NVME M.2 but I'm wondering if it is worth it to add the WD Green 3D NAND 120GB M.2 as a dedicated OS drive? It is small and cheap but has markedly slower access rates.

If I stick to just the Blue 1TB on its own, will there be any noticeable performance issues from having the OS and games on that same drive?

(MSi MAG X570 Tomahawk, Ryzen 7 5800X, Sapphire Radeon RX 6800... eventually)

Many thanks
