Separating installed apps between accounts

Hi,

Is it possible to separate two users installed applications? Me and my GF have our own accounts on the iMac, any games she installs appear on my applications folder also which I don't really want.

However, any applications i install, i would like to continue being available under her account, CS4, iWork etc.

Any thoughts how/if this can be done?

Put stuff you don't want all users to see in the apps folder in your home folder.
