Seperating audio tracks from MPEG (XVID) files.

I have a couple of MPEGs with dual audio tracks - which is absolutely fine when using VLC media player, but not much use with anything else. Does anyone know of a way to remove the secondary track from these files?

VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod (one or the other) will let you Disable the 2nd audio stream.
