Server 2003 Drivers

OK, so were thinking about getting some new servers in and also thinking about switching to Server 2003 as XP seems to crash alot on us and generally needs to be rebooted now and again for stability issues. Now after speccing up a few rigs were decided to go for one. The reason im posting is that we can't find any server 2003 drivers from the manufacturers site and are a bit confused. I read on some forum ages ago that XP drivers work under server 2003, is this true? (im not sure, you know how forums are )

Printer drivers we sometimes use XP/2000, I'd be a bit worried regarding no 2003 native drivers for a server thou, unless the install covers them all, normally there is a management CD that includes drivers and things like raid status etc etc, HP do this and I'm sure Dell do too.

Are these proper servers or high end workstations?

Yeah they do have management CDs but it was incase we lost the CD or something, or incase we needed to get drivers fast for certain hardware. Was just wondering, thanks
