Server Hosting - any recommendations ?

Hi

investigating server hosting companies and wondered if anyone has any experience or recommendations ?

Only one I have really known about and had first hand experience is Fasthost and they are a bunch of cowboys.

I might go with the company who host my domains/web but just wondered if anyone had any suggestions ?
