Server overclocking in rack configuration

I am in need of a rackmount server with 4 cores at 4.6GHz or better for 24x7x365 operation.

I noticed that none of the rackmount servers offered by Overclockers UK are overclocked. Is there a representative that might advise whether Overclockers UK would build an overclocked rack server?

So far I've only found one vendor offering this - a 5960X (8 cores) @ 4.6GHz, in a 1U form factor. I suspect the 1U is a typo and it's at least 2U, I can't imagine how they can fit adequate cooling in a 1U chassis, even 2U is a stretch in my mind.

I am also interested to hear others experiences with overclocked servers, particularly whether your hosting provider had any reservations about allowing liquid cooling in their DC?

Overclocked servers are generally very rare, firstly because it'll be on consumer-grade CPUs and therefore consumer grade motherboards and RAM.

CPU temperatures can get very low in 1u-2u chassis due to their high-rate airflow from the small 6000rpm+ fans directly pushing air over the heatsinks, so it doesn't sound unrealistic.

The 4.6GHz is just a line in the sand. The 4 cores is due to the architecture of my software. The critical part of the software is single threaded and exclusively locked to a core. There is one other single threaded part that mostly waits for the critical part, then there are about 100 or so IO-blocking threads.
