Service Pack 1 - Should I?

Hi,

I remember when it first came out there was a lot of complaints. For that reason I left it out.

Like the title says, should I download Service Pack 1 now ( for Windows 7)?

I downloaded and installed SP1 when it was released and never had an issue in fact it actually fixed a couple of issues I had!

Get it installed you know you want to

Yep is fine.

It definitely seemed slower for about a day or so then reverted to normal, I would upgrade to SP1 just before super tuesday when all the updates are released.

Always a good idea to take a backup before installing a Service Pack, there's no telling what other 3rd party programs may have done to your install.

Personally, I prefer just installing with a whole new integrated SP1 disc

as said before, been running it since it appeared on windows update for download and it's been fine for me.
