Setting question on my TV/PC combo

Wasn’t sure where to post this, anyway I have an LG CX oled and PC connected to it, rough specs 7800X3D, 4070ti super.

Should I enable AMD freesync premium on my tvs hdmi port?

If it supports it sure, there's no downside and it'll be a better gaming experience.

It's already on PC input, don't think I have any maximum refresh setting. I thought I had freesync enabled but checked today and it wasn't, which is why I asked.

You do have maximum refresh setting, should be 120hz but sometimes it changes to 24hz.

On my C9 you go into dashboard to change it to PC input, so some settings are disabled and acts more like a monitor. Can still adjust some settings though

On your PC, GPU setting. There is no refresh setting on the TV

Oh lol, yeah I know now, It’s under nvidia control panel, I’ve got it set to max of 60fps for example on flight simulated 2024.

It’s only for that sim, it’s better, not sure if you play msfs24? It’s certainly more stable for me with max frame of 60.

It fluctuates too much unlocked and causes stutters.

You can run the TV's refresh rate at 120hz, it makes things smoother in general use so isn't just a benefit for games. Then you limit the games FPS to 60 and you shouldn't suffer any stutters, if you can't do this via MSFS itself you can do it via MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner.
