Setting up an iPad....

My sister won an iPad recently and wanted some apps on it. She had an Apple ID account but when setting up the iTunes account with her Visa Electron card it failed and refused the card. We tried again and it would not accept the card. She doesn't have any other card. Is she stuck with a brick now as she can't even install any free apps?

Just buy a iTunes topup card then use that to create a account and when you get to the credit card section just select none and continue.
