Setting Up CCTV Server Thingy for friend?!?!?

hey all,

Im currently trying to set up a friends CCTV so he can view the cameras online, the CCTV Unit is unbranded and judging from the manual chineese (its in chinglish lol,) im stumped however as i cand seem to understand how to do it all? so far i've set the PPOE, i've set an account up on dnydns but have no clue what else to do, the manual is asking me to put in the following but i have no idea how to find them out :/

the biggest problem is doing this 'NTP Server' thing its telling me about, is this nesacery to viewing the cameras online? if so, could anyone explain how?

NTP is Network Time Protocol. Unless the cameras need to have their time synced, they may not need it.

If you need to enter an NTP server, you could just use the UK NTP.org pool - uk.pool.ntp.org

ohh right, well the NTP is asking for the IP Address a port, time zone and update period,
alsoi added my dyndns ddns account to the router but nothings working, when i go to the domain i made up for it it still doesnt work, i set the IP Address on the dyndns to the same ip address as the router their using but before i would enter the domain from dnydns (britania.dyndns-server.com) and it would load the router log in page however now it doesnt seem to load at all, any suggestions?
