Setting up "Favourites"

Hi, on my keyboard i've got a "Favourites" button but when i press it nothing happends as i think it's not setup in windows. How can i set it to say open a website?

I did something similar by changing the default email to hotmail so when i press the email button it opens hotmail not outlook. Is it something similar?

What keyboard is it?

Go the manufacturers website and download the keyboard install disk, this will give access to the special functions of the keyboard.
