Setting up HD guide

Does anyone know of a guide to setting up HDs?

I read here that people place the pagefile on seperate drives in their own partitions. This process i would love to know how to do and also set up the most efficent drive set ups possible with 2 seagate 320gb.

Does this mean i set the one on the C: drive to zero now after setting it to my new partition?

And what size do you suggest for a sys in signature
