Setting Weekends to Working Days in Project 2007?

As title really - how is this done?

I've tried several guides, but no matter what I do I can't get the calendar to change to a 7 day working week. It's driving me spare as all I need to finish the assignment I'm going is to produce a Gantt chart.

There has to be a simple way, surely?

when you define the working hours for a project you should be able to select sat and sunday as working days?
