Settings for IBM P260?

anyone have any good settings for the IBM P260? it's a bit old i think but it's a nice 21'' CRT and i've been messing with the settings for a while now and can't get it to look very good so any have any input on good settings for this specific monitor or any advice on settings to change so it looks somewhat normal?

I've got the settings reset to default now, it's still not looking too great, but a lot better than before. What I'd really like to know know is if anyone knows the max refresh rate for the IBM P260 (FD trinitron tube). I googled it several times and not very satisfied with what i found, some places say 85 others say 100 or 120, so if anyone actually knows the max refresh please tell me. I plan to use a screen refresh forcer to set the refresh rate higher but i don't want to break the monitor :/
