Hey guys hope you are all well could i be cheeky and ask for some advise to do with my overclock are the settings below right or do they need tweaking thanks

They look fairly standard to me?

is it stable? The cpuz screen doesn't tell us much. All you have to do is run prime 95, watch that temperatures stay below 60 (or whatever it is for your chip) and keep the voltage within spec. If it passes stress testing you're done.
