settingup raid asus delux/help

hi i have 2 128gb crucial c-300 ssd pluged into a asus pci sata 3 card im getting full speed350/140 but i want to set up a raid but i dont know how,can i still use my sata 3 pci card to set up a raidor do i have to use onboard intel?

The Asus U3S6 (which I assume you are referring to) does not support RAID, so you would need to use the Intel controller on your motherboard, which would be the ICH9/10R depending upon which "Deluxe" you are referring to...
