setup help needed plz

Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide on how to properly setup your ram in bios, i have changed cpu & ram & cpuz shows it running at 5300 rather than 8500 speed on the SPD tab, thx

That mobo seems to be a crossfire board. The RAM have SLI tags all over the place. Also;
Memory
1. Type: Dual Channel DDR2 800/ 667 support

Looks like your issue is the mobo, either upgrade to a better one, or find some more compatible (and likely slower/worse) RAM.
