So pascal to turing gave 20-30% improved performance for non RTX features.

Am I wrong in thinking that its going to be the same 20-30% improvement for non RTX features for ampere ?

Digital foundry was only able to show relative performance % due to assumed NDA and this can be interpreted in different ways.

A 60-80% improvement is a 60-80% improvement. There’s no way of interpreting that to get a 20-30% improvement.

From the Nvidia slides and DF video it'll be much more than 20-30% in the majority of cases but I'm sure there might be the odd exception.

So if a 2080 is 100% baseline and a 3080 is say 75% better we just need to extrapolate 75% of the baseline to get approximate fps ?
