Interesting though, would have thought an XTX would have kept neck and neck with a 4090 in raster, especially with that CPU and DDR5.

In my case, both the CPU and GPU have both been heavily undervolted and reduced in power as of such (like Eco 105W on the CPU instead of 170W), and the entire system has had reduced airflow to limit noise produced but at cost of heat soaking in and reaching max safe temps before it limits any further push. So those would have factored into some of that comparison.
