Shadowground Survivor - £3

Had never heard of this game since not much hype. I played the demo and it turned out to be fun little game. At £3 it's hard not to resist.
 
Will this run on integrated graphics? I've got an Intel 82852 graphics chip in my laptop an want something to play in work..

Having a lot of fun and Alien Breed flashbacks!!

I did not even consider this game when it was released so I downloaded it last night and I am so surprised about how much fun it is to play. It still looks good maxed and has some of the best torch effects and shadows in the business. It’s very addictive, sort of like Diablo in that time flies when you are playing.

If I had known it was this much fun I would have got the deal with the expansion included. It’s probably going to cost me more now:(
 
There's two sentry guns, so I'm assuming you're on about the first one ;)

I got too greedy collecting all the power-ups every time I killed a wave, so whenever I was off the turret I was starting to get overwhelmed that it got wasted rather quickly.

Did the rest of the level on foot :D
 
I'm stuck. If I try to mow them down shooting-gallery style I run out of ammo before the level ends. If I try to let them bunch up so I can save ammo and use the bombs they manage to break down the gun. Either wya I end up on foot, and get overwhelmed. I tried mining the entrances with poison grenades, but for some reason the gas dissipates as soon as I mount the sentry gun - bug I assume.
How did you guys get through it?
 
Thanks for the heads up on this. Its good to play a simple blasting type game for a change. Very easy to pick up and plough through aliens for ages without realising the time passing.
