Yes... I tell people about something I like... I must be like, erm, the first in the world to do that. Maybe I will redefine the point of internet forums by telling people about what food I like. In a food section. And not being paid. Yeah. :D

It doesn't in the slightest, you just look mildly cringeworthy. Now please, get back under your bridge and leave the rest of us to chat nicely about curry. ;)

gah they don't seem to do a pathia :(

With a pathia the key elements are the 'hot, sweet & sour' flavours - I would take your usual curry base ingredients (tomato, onion, chili etc) and then add some tamarind sauce (white wine vinegar works as a substitute), lemon juice and demerrara sugar.
