There's a giant light shining in her face you can see it in the reflection behind her, when she moves her head toward the camara the glare off her face s causing the camara iris to close, when she pulls away her eye darken because the iris on the camara is still small and here eyes are in shadow.

It happens everytime she moves her head forward, unless her head movement is linked to lizardness like how a chicken runs
